Esenyurt Logistics and Factory Facility – A Dual-Function Industrial Complex
Located in Esenyurt, Istanbul, Turkey, this modern industrial complex is designed to meet the diverse needs of logistics and manufacturing operations. With a total construction area of 15,000 m², the facility comprises a 10,000 m² logistics warehouse, a 4,000 m² factory section, and a 1,000 m² administrative space. The structure's reinforced concrete frame, pre-stressed prefabricated flooring, and space frame roof provide a robust yet adaptable solution for the industrial demands of both logistics and factory functions.
The building's layout has been meticulously planned to ensure seamless and simultaneous use of both the logistics and factory areas. The design incorporates an efficient workflow that allows for smooth transitions between the warehouse and production sections, supporting a wide range of industrial processes. Despite the challenging soil conditions of the construction site, the project was successfully completed, demonstrating the facility’s resilience and adaptability.
The facility’s structural system combines reinforced concrete with pre-stressed prefabricated slabs and a space frame roof, ensuring durability, flexibility, and sustainability.
